Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, except for the cases listed in Section 5 of this Policy.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from:
- the day you receive the goods (for physical products), or
- the day the contract is concluded (for services or digital products not supplied on a physical medium).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement:

You may use our Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory.

2. Returns Procedure

Before returning any product, please contact us by email to confirm return instructions and receive any necessary return authorisation.
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of withdrawal.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, unless the goods were received defective.
Include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) with the returned goods.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will bear the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not attributable to us, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Perishable goods or goods with a short expiry date.
Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.
Services fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal once performance is complete.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a description and, if possible, photographic evidence.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
